Greetings, Vanessa, and welcome to planDisney! You must be so excited for your day at the Disneyland Resort. I'm happy to help make sure your trip gets off to the right start.
Part of the Esplanade is
undergoing some changes. The ticket booths on the east side have been removed, but you can still get assistance! Just head to the opposite end of the Esplanade, closer to the
Downtown Disney District. There's a kiosk dedicated to
accessibility services and
Disability Access Service. Nearby, there are ticket windows where you can get help with theme park tickets, Magic Key passes, upgrades, and more. Just look for the signs when you get to that part of the Esplanade.
Keep in mind, Vanessa, that you need both a
theme park ticket and a reservation to enter a Disneyland Resort park. If you plan on purchasing a ticket once you arrive, there's a risk that you wouldn't be able to get a reservation. It's best to purchase your ticket in advance.
There is so much to enjoy at the Disneyland Resort – it's
Halloween Time, so expect to see lots of festive décor, seasonal merchandise, tasty treats, fun outfits for Mickey and his pals, and more. You'll have a wonderful time!
Vanessa, if you think of any other questions while you're in the park, please stop by a
Guest Relations location to speak with a Cast Member. Of course, you can always ask us at planDisney – we're happy to help!
Your pal,
Kriss
