    Hi there, We just left Walt Disney World after a memorable stay. We are interested in the bounceback offer. Is this offer only good for stays through Dec 2024? We wouldn’t be able to get back until April 2025. Thank you so much!

    Hello there, Cassandra! I know the feeling of leaving the Most Magical Place on Earth -- sheer joy and longing at the same time. The Wreck-It-Ralph song plays in my head: Before I go and hit the road I got to know, 'til then, when can we do this again?

    I am so happy you had a turbo-tastic vacation with your family. I am also glad you came back to planDisney with questions about a future Walt Disney World Resort trip. The current "bounceback offer" is a great opportunity for savings on a return visit. As you noted, however, the current offer is for dates in 2024.

    Did you know Walt Disney World Resort has a webpage dedicated to special offers, deals and discounts? Currently, these are for trips in 2024, but starting in the fall, you may start to see some 2025 offers being added. There have been great promotions this year on stays of 5 nights or longer, discounts on tickets to visit three theme parks, and offers for Disney+ subscribers, Annual Passholders and Disney Visa card members. 

    Here's the best part: you can usually update a Disney Resort reservation to apply a discount or offer even after booking a stay. They are typically not just for new reservations. 

    My advice, based on what I do myself and tell my friends, is to book early. The best standard prices and room-type selections are usually available the earlier you book. Cassandra, if you think you know dates that work for you in April, make a reservation. If you decide on a vacation package or a resort-only stay, you can see the cancellation policies to know how long you have to adjust your reservation without penalty. And if an offer becomes available, Hakuna Matata! 

    You can easily modify your reservation to apply any available discounts. To do this, log in to see your plans. Scroll to your resort reservation and select "Change Reservation." In the section for "Vacation Offer," select "Change." If there are no available offers that match this reservation, a pop-up box will appear saying there are no other offers. If there are offers for you to consider, you will see what is available, and you can rebook your vacation with the offer applied. I absolutely love being able to book a reservation early without having to worry if I could save by waiting. 

    You can also call and speak with a Cast Member if you prefer or have any questions about adjusting your reservation.
