Hi Christine! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with this great question!
Adding one of the
Disney Dining Plans to your upcoming holiday is one of the best choices you can make. Not only does it help you budget for your stay, but it also takes away some of the decision making once you arrive. You'll simply need to decide where you plan to eat, and the cost of the meal will already be accounted for. It's the best way to create an all-inclusive feel to your trip.
Christine, you'll be happy to know that with the
Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, you will not be required to use your meals each day. They will roll over to the next day if they go unused. If there is a day that you do not use any of your meal credits, you will have the chance later in your trip to do so. You can use as many as you want in a single day, just make sure you have enough when you need them. They will expire on the last day of your stay, so you will not be able to use them when you return on a future trip.
You can track your Disney Dining Plan in the
My Disney Experience App. Make sure to download the app once you arrive for your stay and log into your account. Once you locate your Disney Resorts hotel reservation, tap on your resort and scroll down to "Check Dining Plan." This will show you how many credits you have available, how many you were issued, and how many you have redeemed. It's the perfect way to track your usage and ensure that you have credits available for when you need them.
During one of your Magic Kingdom Park days, make sure to stop by
Columbia Harbour House for a delicious lunch or dinner. Not only does this dining location offer unique menu offerings, but there is an upstairs dining room that you can grab a table to eat. There is a cozy nook in one section that sits next to a window that overlooks the walkway from Liberty Square to Fantasyland. It's one of my favorite views of the park and a great place to enjoy your meal.
Christine, I hope this information helps you plan for your stay!
