Hi there, Cindie, and welcome to planDisney! I couldn't be happier that you've found your way to us today. My Panelist pals and I are here and always happy to help our fellow Guests plan their next Walt Disney World Resort vacation! It sounds like you're hoping to book a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth in November, and that will be here before we know it!
Cindie, you'll be happy to know that there are a few
Special Offers featured on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Depending on the dates you're hoping to travel, you might qualify for some great savings! Even if you don't book with a Special Offer, you can still find lots of value when booking your vacation online. Between choosing a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, Disney Theme Park tickets, and a dining plan, there are a lot of options to consider, and the cost will depend on all of those factors. Hakuna matata - that's why I'm here!
I like to start vacation planning by choosing which
Disney Resorts Collection hotel my family will call "home" during our visit. With options in four different pricing tiers, you'll find that there are hotels for all budgets. I'd also recommend choosing which features provide the most value to your family. My family really takes advantage of the in-room full kitchen where we can have meals and snacks on hand, and the washer and dryer in the
1-Bedroom Villas. If convenience and
transportation is your love language, you might consider staying at a resort within walking distance to the parks, or with Monorail or Skyliner access. Find the feature that's most valuable to you, and go from there!
When it comes to
Disney Theme Park tickets, I prefer to book the kind that allows for one park entry per day, rather than the Park Hopper option - but this is only because I have little ones and we like to take our time in each park. If you're the kind of family that likes to be on the move and check multiple items off your must-do list every day, then a Park Hopper ticket might be the right option for you! It takes time to travel from one park to another, and my family really enjoys just staying at the same park all day. Even if we leave to go take a rest, we can still come back to that same park with our ticket.
If you've ever eaten at or researched restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort, you've probably heard that the food isn't your average theme park fare. Yes, you can find
hot dogs and french fries, but there's so much more to enjoy, including dishes
inspired from cultures around the world. I've found that the best way to enjoy these dining experiences is by purchasing a
dining plan. For my family, this has been such a great value, not only because it helps us save money, but also because it helps us plan and budget in advance. There are two types of dining plans, and I highly encourage you to check each one out before your visit.
Cindie, I hope this is helpful as you plan your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth! Please stop back by planDisney with any other questions you have as you continue to count down to your arrival!
See you real soon!
