I have had stomach surgery and am on a full liquid diet. This includes protein waters, protein shakes, and electrolyte water but also sugar free jellos and puddings. Can I bring these into the park to stay adequately fueled and hydrated?

    Welcome to planDisney, Brittany!

Thanks for coming to us with your question. I’m so glad you found us here at planDisney as you get your Donald Ducks in a row for your visit to The Happiest Place On Earth next month!

Brittany,  you certainly can bring your own food, beverages, and snacks into the parks and throughout the Disneyland Resort. Just steer clear of glass containers and any items listed as prohibited on property. It's super convenient because I can pack all the essentials to keep my little man-cub happy.I like to put his favorite snacks in small sandwich bags and bring along his sippy cup filled with juice, so he can nibble and sip while we explore and wait for attractions.

And here's a cool tip from my husband—he freezes a few water bottles and tosses them into a soft cooler bag with our snacks. They keep everything chilled, and by the time they melt, we have refreshing, ice-cold water to finish off a warm day.

I hope this helps you plan for a smooth and magical day at the resort, Brittany! If you have any more questions or need more tips, don't hesitate to send us another message.

    See ya real soon!
