    Staying at SOG. Will I be able to join the virtual queue at 7:00 am for Tron and GOG respectively on the days I visit those parks or do I have to be in the park to join?

    Thanks again for asking a question to planDisney!

    I love the Virtual Queue system! On our last two trips we were able to score rides on both TRON Lightcycle / Run, presented by Enterprise and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind! 

    When you use the Virtual Queue system at 7:00 am, you do not have to be in the park. You can make that reservation from the comfort of your bed at Shades of Green! The story is different later in the day. In the afternoon and evening (when applicable) Virtual Queue times, you do have to be in the park to try.

    BONUS TIP #1
    Make sure you get up more than just seconds before 7 am to try your luck at the Virtual Queue for either attraction. I recommend getting up at least 5 minutes beforehand, so that you can make sure you have your My Disney Experience App up and running. You can also make sure that you are somewhere with a good internet connection.

    BONUS TIP #2
    Remember to continually refresh the screen, so that when the exact time of 7:00 am rolls around, you are getting into the system promptly.

    BONUS TIP #3
    If you don't get a ride time that morning, don’t worry. You can try the virtual queue again in the afternoon. I have had more than once where I was successful in the afternoon virtual queue selection for an attraction. Good luck!
