Hello! My daughter will be marching with her high school band/color guard in May. What time do the high schools typically perform? I've heard 11:30 & 2:30. I'm just trying to plan ahead. Thanks in advance!

Strike up the band, Diana, and welcome to planDisney! I don't mean to toot my own horn, but I was a flutist in my high school band but never marched at Walt Disney World Resort. That is quite an honor, so congratulations to your daughter. You are among planners here, so thanks for your question. Let's see if we can help you get your itinerary in tune!

Diana, you're in perfect harmony with those times you mentioned. I contacted a friendly Cast Member who said most high school band performances are just ahead of the daily parade performances. The Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade is at noon and 3:00 daily, but those times are subject to change. But if that remains the same, your daughter would march a bit before those times. The Cast Member also advised checking with your daughter's band director for specific performance details.

You can also get an idea of parade times in your My Disney Experience Mobile App by clicking the map icon at the bottom of the screen. You can sort by Magic Kingdom Park and select Entertainment from the drop-down menu. I'm so excited for your daughter because this will be a magical performance she'll never forget!

I hope you can experience the new attraction in Tomorrowland, TRON Lightcyle / Run Presented by Enterprise. This high-speed thrill race would be the perfect way to top off your visit! There's currently a virtual queue for this attraction, so keep an eye on your mobile app for details.

Here's hoping your upcoming visit is pitch-perfect, Diana! Please stop by planDisney anytime you need an encore.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
