Hi Jessica and welcome to planDisney.
Oh my goodness me, you are literally days away from arriving at The Most Magical Place On Earth - it doesn't get any more exciting than that!
Do you know what? Theme Parks,
Water Parks and
Disney Springs aside, one of my family's favourite things to do, when visiting Walt Disney World, is checking out the many different Disney Resort hotels and Jessica, I am so happy to tell you that all Guests are indeed able to visit any of the
Disney Resort hotels, during their stay.
My family enjoys doing this during each and every trip as we like to dine at Table-Service restaurants found at various Deluxe hotels (Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White, at the Wilderness Lodge, being at the very top of our list) and because it helps us to decide where we might like to stay when we next visit. Just be aware that you are not allowed to use the swimming pools when visiting Disney Resort hotels which you are not staying at.
Going back to your question, I can tell you that we tend to spend at least one evening at
Disney's BoardWalk when visiting Walt Disney World. This area is beautiful to wander around during the day but, comes alive in the evenings, with a selection of street performers often making appearances, along the promenade. In fact, during our last visit, earlier this year, my daughter was selected to join in with a mother/daughter variety act, spinning plates, which she absolutely loved.
Hiring
Surrey Bikes is another thing that we enjoy doing whilst visiting the BoardWalk area.
I hope that this has answered your question and that you have the most amazing trip.
Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
Emma
