We are staying in Polynesian with 2 rooms on reservation. How do we get adjoining rooms

    Hello Arthur!

It's wonderful to hear that you'll be staying at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort! With your arrival tomorrow, I understand the importance of getting everything just right for your vacation.

Since you are arriving tomorrow, please keep in mind that it's probable that room assignments have already been made. The best approach would be to speak directly with the front desk upon check-in at the resort. They can provide real-time information and make any possible adjustments to your room assignment based on availability at that moment. Being flexible about the type of room or its location within the resort can increase your chances of having rooms next to each other.

Also please keep in mind that with their inventory of available adjoining rooms, Disney often prioritizes larger families visiting with younger children where having connecting rooms is essential. Adjoining rooms are generally side-by-side without a connecting door, while connecting rooms have an interior door between them—ensure you clarify which type you prefer.

While you’re enjoying your stay at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, don’t miss the chance to visit Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto. It’s a delightful spot for unique tropical cocktails and an immersive, themed experience that adds an extra splash of fun to your visit.

Thank you for reaching out with your question, and if there's anything more you need or other questions you have upon your arrival, the cast members at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort will be eager to assist you. I hope your stay is filled with magic and memorable moments at Walt Disney World!

    Safe travels,
