Hello! We are planning a trip to Disney World (Florida) later this year. Which hotels offer a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher) that would allow us to prepare meals in our room? Thank you in advance!

Hey there, Michel, and welcome to planDisney! I am so thankful that you’ve stopped by with this great question today. It sounds like you’re planning a wonderful visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I’m thrilled to help guide you in your planning journey.

If you’re hoping to find a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel room where you can prepare meals in a full kitchen, you’ve come to the right place. Deluxe Villas offer 1-, 2-, and 3-Bedroom options that feature not only a kitchen, but also a washer and dryer, lots of storage, and a separate living space. These handsomely-appointed rooms are perfect for guests who want space to spread out and relax in their hotel rooms. Here are a few of the resorts I highly recommend checking out as you narrow your search:

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village: You’ll feel like you’re on a luxury safari as you watch giraffes and zebras from your balcony in this African-inspired resort. It’s perfect for guests of all ages, and there’s always something to do and see here.

Disney’s Beach Club Villas: Light and airy, this resort will give you all the best feelings of staying by the seaside. It boasts one of the most popular pools, Stormalong Bay, and fantastic dining options.

Disney’s Riviera Resort: With lots of European influence, this romantic resort is one of the newest. Hop right onto the Disney Skyliner and soar above the trees like Tarzan to the Disney Theme Parks.

Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort: Steps away from Magic Kingdom Park, this resort offers rooms where you can watch fireworks and listen to the accompanying music from your personal balcony.

Michel, you’ll be happy to know that there are various grocery delivery services available to you when you arrive, and your hotel gift shop will have a few essential items to help you stock the fridge. Each resort offers a variety of quick-service and table service restaurants, so be sure to check them out when you’re ready to let someone else do the cooking.

I hope you have an amazing vacation! Please stop back by planDisney with any other questions you have as you prepare!

    See you real soon!
