Aloha Gemma!
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, where tropical vibes and Disney characters do the limbo together! Tucked beside the Seven Seas Lagoon, this slice of paradise promises more pineapple concoctions than you can shake a tiki torch at. The themed rooms make me want to hula and dining at
‘Ohana for the Best Friends Breakfast featuring Lilo & Stitch is the best way to start the day.
One of the things that I love most about this resort isn’t just the relaxing vibes, good food, or tasty drinks, it’s that the
Walt Disney World Monorail Transportation is just steps away from transporting you directly to my favorite Theme Park in all of the land,
Magic Kingdom Park. Quick Tip: if you aren’t in the Theme Park at the end of the day to catch
Happily Ever After, head on outside of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort to the beach to catch an amazing view of the fireworks display. Don’t forget to stop by
Pineapple Lanai on your way to grab a tasty DOLE Whip.
As if this Disney Resort Collections hotel wasn’t exciting enough, currently they are working on an expansion of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. From now through 2024, you might observe construction and refurbishment activities occurring during daylight hours. To ensure a peaceful stay, they are limiting activities generating noise and those will commence no earlier than 9:00 AM. At this time there doesn’t appear to be any scheduled Monorail delays, however, changes could happen without advanced notice. Please note that refurbishment plans are subject to adjustments based on operational requirements or weather conditions.
So pack your Mickey Mouse Ears and your grass skirt and soak up all of the magic coming your way.
