We are staying at one of the value resorts. We have made dining plans at Grand Foridian, Contemporary Resort, Yacht and Beach Club and Polynesian Resort. I want to know what is the best way to travel to make sure we arrive on time?

    Hi Trenace,

We love visiting and dining at the other Disney World resorts. The resorts offer amazing restaraunt choices that often get overlooked since they are not in the parks.

The resorts you selected are extremely easy to visit due to their proximity to a Disney Park. You can visit the Grand Floridian, Polynesian and the Contemporary resort by heading to Magic Kingdom. Once you arrive there, instead of entering the park, walk over to the resort monorail entrance to the left of the Magic Kingdom gates. The monorail will make a stop at all three of these resorts. If you have arrived at the Magic Kingdom by a Disney bus, there is also a sidewalk walkway across from the bus stops that will take you to the Contemporary if you feel like a little exercise.

When you are ready to head to the Beach and Yacht Club resort, you can begin at Hollywood Studios or Epcot. If you choose to start at Hollywood Studios there are two options. You can either take a boat (the dock is located to the right of the bus stops) which will make stops at the Dolphin/Swan, yacht/beach and the Boardwalk resorts, or if you are up for even more exercise, there is a walkway near the back of the Disney bus stops that runs along the lake and will lead you to the Epcot Resort area and eventually the Yacht and Beach Club Resort.

If you decide to start at Epcot, walk through Future World and back into the World Showcase. Just past England, and just before the bridge to France, you will discover a back entrance into Epcot. This is the World Showcase entrance and leads to the Epcot resorts. By exiting out these turnstiles and walking straight ahead, the Beach Club will be just a short distance down on your right.

Be sure to ask a Cast Member if you have any difficulties locating these walkways, monorail entrances or boat docks, as they will be happy to help you. Enjoy!
