Well hello there! I'm Jane from the United Kingdom. I feel very blessed to reside in my native County of Cornwall where prior to being a full-time mum to my now 4 grown-up children I worked as an NHS dental nurse. Community and volunteering are important elements in my life. I firmly believe in the personal gain found in helping others wherever and whenever I can, and to the very best of my capabilities. If Genie granted me just 1 wish it would be that everyone in the whole entire world would get to visit the Magic Kingdom Park – but not all at once because that would just be silly! About My Family
My lovely husband and I are extremely proud of our 4 now grown-up children and during 2020 we became even prouder as they made us grandparents!Having had both boys and girls in equal measures I've truly experienced everything Walt Disney World Resort has to offer - from riding thrill-seeker attractions to sourcing the perfect princess tiara. Plus now with the added blessing of becoming a grandma, I'm all set to experience the enchantment of Disney from a grandparent's prospective too.When spending precious family time at Walt Disney World Resort good food and fun times are subjects dear to my heart. My family and I are always super keen to try out any new dining locations or to seek out seasonal treats or limited-time specialities. It's true to say that as bona fide Disney devotees the Duckworth family would need only a brief warning to have their Mickey Ears all packed and ready to board an aircraft destined for the most magical place on earth!
About My Disney Experience
I delight in being known to my friends as their "Disney Oracle," and can often be heard giving practical and common sense travel advice to British, American and international tourists alike.My passion for all-things-Disney began as a chid during my 1st visit to the Magic Kingdom Park way back in 1979... and with just a mere sprinkling of pixie dust and a glimpse of Cinderella Castle - I was captivated forever.After those early childhood visits staying in the Vacation and Fairway Villas of a now bygone Disney era, I've been fortunate enough to have travelled to Walt Disney World Resort many times during all 4 seasons of the year, including Christmas Day! Asides from organising my own 'larger than your average' family trips, I've experienced multi-generational family group visits plus have enjoyed the best of times on solo trips exploring the Parks and Resorts with my girl friends. Simply put, it brings me joy to devise and research towards a jolly Disney holiday which is practically perfect in every way!
