Hi there, Kelly! Thanks for visiting us again here at planDisney!
You're definitely speaking my language when you mention staying at the Walt Disney World Dolphin hotel and carving out some special time for the always-magical
Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour! My family loves to try a new
Disney Resorts Collection hotel each time we visit but when I was growing up my parents seemed to choose the Walt Disney World Swan or Dolphin more often than not. Even now when the grandparents come on trips with us they always ask to stay in their favorite Resort. The location is exceptional and we love having
The Fountain right downstairs when we need a giant and delicious ice cream cone or shake to round out our day.
The morning that you need to get up and out for the Keys to the Kingdom tour, part of the Enchanting Extras Collection, you definitely have a few options! Since you need to arrive at Magic Kingdom even before the Park opens (lucky you!) you'll probably want to look into a Rideshare service OR the
Minnie Van Service connected by Lyft! These Minnie Vans, which
just returned to service on June 29, 2022, are a fun, easy and super cute way to get from one point to another all around Walt Disney World Resort! I think you'll find that the best part of choosing a Minnie Van as your mode of transportation (besides the polka-dotted exterior!) is that you'll be driven by a friendly Walt Disney World Cast Member.
Make sure to grab some one-of-a-kind photos of an empty Main Street U.S.A. as you enter the Park in the morning. I always love to see the morning sunshine making
Cinderella Castle sparkle even more than it usually does!
I hope you enjoy every moment of your incredible tour. I remember begging to go on the Keys to the Kingdom tour for my 16th birthday and it was an absolute dream come true! I'm so happy I was able to experience the magic of Disney in another way and I'm sure you will be too.
Enjoy!
