Hello there Patricia,
Welcome back to planDisney! Thank you for visiting us with your question. Splits stays are an awesome option, allowing you to enjoy two different Disney resorts during your Walt Disney World vacation. It's so convenient to just drop your bags at Bell Services, and have them transferred to your next Disney Resort. Because you don't want to miss a minute of the magic!
When you buy a Disney World vacation package that includes theme park admission tickets, they are associated with your arrival. So those tickets will be valid beginning on your check-in date. If you purchased your park tickets along with the first night Value Resort reservation, you'll be able to use them that first day you arrive. If you purchased the tickets along with your second Deluxe Resort reservation, they will not begin until that second check-in date.
However, if you purchased your
Disney theme park dated tickets separately, you should be able to alter the start date. You may need to pay a slight difference if the earlier park date has a higher ticket price. My fellow panelist Jason describes how to
change your park ticket date from inside the My Disney Experience app.
You can double check the dates your park tickets are valid by logging on to
My Disney Experience - Ticket. Each ticket you have linked should be displayed, along with the valid date range they can be used. If you have additional questions, or would like assistance from a Cast Member, just call
Disney Ticket Reservations and they'll be happy to help.
I hope this answers your question Patricia, and that you have a magical time at Walt Disney World! Please visit us at planDisney any time with your planning questions. We love to help sprinkle pixie-dust!
The magic is calling,
Tami
