Hi Erin, welcome home and welcome to planDisney! Our family loves staying in 1 and 2 bedroom villas during our
Disney Vacation Club stays. Having all that extra space, including a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer, makes it really like our home away from home. Now, let’s talk about all the little amenities DVC can provide to make you feel more at home!
Erin, you’ll be happy to know that you can request extra bedding from
Housekeeping. If any of the little ones still sleep in a crib or pack-and-play, you’ll be happy to know that you can request those as well. You may even be able to request some of the bedding that typically accompanies the cribs and pack-and-plays to have linens that fit better with the toddler bed.
I also spoke to a DVC Cast Member, who said that while it’s not guaranteed that
Disney’s Beach Club Villas will have a step stool or anti-slip bathtub mats, you can certainly put in a
request with Member Services and the Resort will do their best to accommodate such requests.
Here’s a bonus tip! In case you don’t feel like bringing an inflatable toddler bed, Housekeeping can provide bed bumpers that can be added to any bed in a DVC villa (subject to availability). Our family transitioned from using the toddler bed to putting our kiddos on a bed with bed bumpers. Similar to the other items, you can put in a
request with Member Services for your upcoming reservation.
