At this time, the
Skyliner is the only mode of transportation to Epcot and Hollywood Studios from
Art of Animation. If the Skyliner needs to close for any reason, such as weather-related issues, bus transportation will be provided.
Something to keep in mind when it comes to Skyliner closures, if you’re visiting Epcot, is the fact that Epcot has two entrances. When using the Skyliner, you will enter and exit the park through the International Gateway entrance at the back of the park. But if the Skyliner closes and you will need to use bus transportation, the bus will drop you off and pick you up at the front entrance of the park.
If you’re
park hopping between Epcot and Hollywood Studios, you’ll have other options. Not only will you be able to use the Skyliner, but you can also take boat transportation or the walking path.
Another option for transportation to the parks from Art of Animation would be to book a
Minnie Van. While that comes at an additional cost, it would take you directly to the park entrances without needing to ride on the Skyliner.
