Robert,
Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!
As a rule, Disney gives you more days to redeem your
theme park tickets than the actual number of park days you are purchasing. With a 2-day theme park ticket package, you can redeem those theme park accesses across 4 days. Here are a few other example ranges.
3-day theme park ticket packages can be redeemed across a 5-day period
4-day theme park ticket packages can be redeemed across a 7-day period
5-day theme park ticket packages can be redeemed across an 8-day period
7-day theme park ticket packages can be redeemed across a 10-day period
10-day theme park ticket packages can be redeemed across a 14-day period
When you purchase a theme park ticket package with the
Water Parks and Sports Option, or the
Park Hopper Plus Option, you can redeem those “plus” activities within that range of dates. So, with your 2-day theme park ticket package, you have those same 4 days to redeem the added non-theme park activities, like visiting
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park or playing a round at
Winter Summerland Miniature Golf (after 4 p.m.).
Hopefully, this will help you plan out your visit to the magic!
BONUS TIP #1If you would like to plus up your water park visit, you might want to consider booking one of the reserved spaces, like the Beachcomber Shack or the Umbrella reservations at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park has similar options as well. Call (407) WDW-PLAY or
(407) 939-7529 to make a reservation.
BONUS TIP #2Before you ask, you do not need to make a Theme Park Reservation using the Disney Park Pass System for a water park visit.
Please feel free to
write me back directly if you have any follow-up questions.
Have a Magical Vacation!Doug
