Seasons greetings, Kristy!
Welcome to
planDisney. Thanks for stopping by as you prepare for your winter escape to the Most Magical Place on Earth. There is nothing as majestic as Walt Disney World during the holiday season, and I can't wait for you to experience it.
Guests with continuous split stays should be able to make
Lightning Lane reservations for their entire vacation (up to 14 nights) as soon as they are eligible. In August, my family and I spent 3 nights at
Disney's Polynesian Villas and Bungalows, followed by 2 nights at
Disney's Old Key West Resort. Seven days before check-in at our first resort, I secured Lightning Lane passes for each day of our trip. If you encounter problems, try using the chat feature on the My Disney Experience mobile app or contact the
My Disney Experience line by phone.
I hope everything goes smoothly for you on booking day. Since Lightning Lane passes became part of our world, I've used them a few times, and here are a few of my favorite tips for making the most of your purchases.
*When using Lightning Lane Multi Pass, make your next reservation as soon as you tap into a Lightning Lane queue; you don't need to wait until after you've ridden.
*If you can't snag exactly the passes you're hoping for, don't stress! We modified and got different return windows or experiences as our days progressed. Cancelations happen constantly as Guests' plans change, so keep an eye on that Tip Board on the My Disney Experience app.
*Your entire party does not need to stick together for every attraction. When you initially select experiences and return times, you must choose the same attractions and arrival windows for everyone. Then, after finalizing your purchase, you can return to the Tip Board and modify the experience for specific party members.
Thanks again for reaching out to planDisney, Kristy. Don't hesitate to write back if there's anything else we can do to make your stay even more magical.
Happy holidays,
Betsy
