Hi Allison,
Thank you for making a stop here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Spending a birthday at The Happiest Place on Earth is going to be a wonderful memory for your son.
Be sure to stop by City Hall and get your son his free Birthday button to wear while in the parks; Cast Members that see his button will be sure to send him birthday wishes throughout the day.
We love staying at the Disneyland Hotel, your son is going to think the castle themed headboards are the best thing ever! Our kids still talk about them. A great way to start off a magical birthday celebration is to book a fun Character Dining Experience, we love Goofy's Kitchen - the Disney Characters tend to be a bit zany when they visit your table for pictures and autographs. Be sure to tell the Cast Member that you are celebrating a birthday, you never know what pixie dust may come your way.
You can also sprinkle some magic on the big day by ordering a personalized birthday cake if you're dining at select table service restaurants. Call the Disney cake number at (714) 781-3463 to order one; they will need at least 72 hours notice prior to the magical date.
Does your son wanna build a snowman?! Visit the new
Anna & Elsa Boutique for a fun and frosty transformation for your little guy into everyone's favorite snowman, Olaf! My son loved this! You can also book a regal transformation for your prince at
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Disneyland Park. To book an appointment at either Boutique, call (714) 781-STYLE.
I hope you have a Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah time. If you have any more questions please write me back on how I can help you plan your pixie-dusted vacation.
Wishing you magic!
~ Lynette
