I got my son a 3 day CA Resident pass and he cannot use it. Can my friend who is also a CA Resident use it?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Betsy!

Welcome to planDisney! The California Resident Park Hopper ticket is an amazing offer, and it’s wonderful that you are looking to pass the magic along since your son cannot use it. I’d be happy to help provide some clarity for you!

Theme park tickets are officially assigned to an individual once they are scanned at the park entrance. As long as the ticket has not been used, your friend can use it.

Bonus Tip: Remind your friend to bring their ID with them for the visit! Each Guest over 18 years of age with a California Resident ticket must present a California ID or driver’s license to activate it.

Betsy, I hope this helps and that you all have a great time during your upcoming visits to Disneyland while the 70th Celebration is still underway! If you need any additional help planning your adventures, please come back and see us again here at planDisney.

Sending you faith, trust, and pixie dust,
    Karmeen
