Michael from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Is there somewhere I can find a list of all my previous cruises?

    Ahoy there, Michael!

I always love looking back at my Disney Cruise Line sailing history when I book a new cruise. With a 20-year log of cruising with Disney Cruise Line, it always makes me nostalgic for my very first sailing.

Prior to the new system upgrade, you could log into your Disney Cruise Line account, and access your Castaway Club page to see your cruising history. But as my shipmate Andrew recently discovered, that is not currently the case. While they are still working on system upgrades, which may eventually lead us back to being able to see the history of our amazing voyages, you can still call in and speak with a Crew Member, who will be able to give you the dates of prior cruises.

While we wait and see what is on the horizon in terms of the Castaway Club section of the website, it's now so easy to see the benefits of being a Castaway Club member! It's also smooth sailing to see which level you are at and how many cruises you've taken.

I'm sorry I couldn't give you the answer I'm sure you were hoping for. We'll keep our fingers crossed that we may soon see the return of our cruising history.
