I cannot find a link to see my DCL past cruise history either on the DCL site or Castaway club site. Any help?

Ahoy there, John! It's great to have you alongside here at planDisney! I, too, love to reference my past cruise information while planning my next adventure. Sometimes it's to double-check a stateroom number because I loved the location - others it's to remember when my last time on one of the ships was. You can't go wrong on any of them, so we like to sail on the entire fleet as much as possible!

I sailed on over to check if I could see where my past cruise information currently...and imagine my surprise when I logged-in to the Castaway Club page and experienced the same thing you have! This seems like an "All Hands On Deck" situation, so I made for the crow's nest to get a weather eye on the stormy seas in which we find ourselves!

Lucky for us, I made contact with a crew member who mentioned that our cruise data is safe, but due to the recent system upgrade (in March 2022), some data like previous cruise information may not be accessible until all the updates are complete. While they weren't able to give an exact timing of when that would be, they did say if it were absolutely critical that you get this information soon, that calling a crew member would be the best way to get it!

If there's a silver lining to that, it's that even without our past cruise information, the new updated Castaway Club page does do a great job of outlining the benefits of making Disney Cruise Line your home away from home while at sea. And I know it was available before, but the extras like Palo's Chocolate Soufflé recipe are even easier to find on the new Castaway Club page - so while I wait to be able to see my previous cruises on that page again, I may just pop into the kitchen and try my hand at recreating a few of the recipes!

I wish I had better news for the both of us, John, but I'll keep my spyglass fixed on the horizon for any news coming from ashore. Thank you so much for your question, and please check back soon by dropping me another line if you don't get a carrier pigeon set your way with an update!

Until next time, I'll SEA ya real soon!
