If I get something from the disney store online sent to my resort, AOA,is it possible to have the contents put out on the beds before we arrive as a surprise for the kids in my party? Or will my only option be to pick up the box at check in?

Hi, Sally!  You won't be able to have packages left in your room prior to your arrival.  In some cases, room assignments are not made until you check in, or they may be changed at the last minute, and your package may be delayed in getting to you if it has to be retrieved.

You can pick packages up at the front desk when you arrive, or if you are trying to keep something a surprise, pick it up at your convenience.  I always pretend I've forgotten something, and pop back into the room to lay out the surprise.

I hope you enjoy a wonderful vacation!
