Hello Emily!
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. I'm thrilled to hear your visit to
Disneyland Resort is just days away. I know excitement must be high as you make your final travel plans!
While we all hope to be as invincible as some of our
Avengers Campus pals, unfortunately, illness sometimes strikes during less-than-ideal times; vacation plans included. If a member of your travel party has become ill and is no longer able to travel, you can reassign their ticket to another guest by
calling a ticketing Cast Member prior to your visit. They will be able to update the name linked to that particular ticket and ensure each member of your group can easily access the correct ticket each day. But not to worry if you're still not certain whether your travel partner will be able to make the trip. As my fellow
panelist Tony shares, the name on the ticket isn't usually a deal breaker, so you'll have some time to work things out up until the first day of admission is used.
If your travel partner uses part of their ticket but gets sick before being able to use their remaining admission entitlements, unfortunately, you will not be able to reassign any remaining days to another guest. Cast Members will take a photo of each guest upon ticket activation and that photo will be verified for each successive use.
I'm hoping illness doesn't derail any of your group's plans because there is so much magic in store for you this fall, from
festive seasonal snacks to
frightfully fun entertainment and decor. I'm sending an extra spoonful of sugar your way (and a sprinkle of pixie dust for good measure) so that everyone feels healthy and ready to tackle all the excitement.
If we can answer any additional questions please stop back and let us know. You are also welcome to contact a Cast Member by phone with any additional questions or concerns as you prepare for your visit.
Magic and memories,
Amy
