Welcome to planDisney, Devonne!
I am thrilled to hear you will be visiting
Walt Disney World Resort during my favorite time of the year, the spookiest season of them all! You can have frightful fun at
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or sample snacks from around the world at the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. Let's chat about ticket policies for events or visiting the theme parks.
While I am so glad you will still be able to visit the theme parks and Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, I am so sorry a member of your party won't be able to attend. Theme park and special event tickets are non-refundable, but I discussed your options with a Cast Member regarding the value of the tickets. As long as the theme park tickets are unused, they could be
transferred to another individual or used at a later date. The
value of the unused ticket can also be used for the purchase of a new ticket as long as the value of the new ticket is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. Now, let's discuss the special event ticket to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. These tickets are also non-refundable, but the Cast Member I spoke with reported that the value can be used toward another special event ticket on a different date. My recommendation to discuss further options for both the theme park and special event tickets would be to give the
Existing Ticket phone number a call, and a Cast Member will assist you with either reassigning or using the value of your tickets. I hope your entire party has ghoulishly gleeful time!
