Hey there, Ashley!
Welcome to planDisney! One of my favorite parts of a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth is trying out the delicious snacks and amazing meals. And there are
plenty of options to choose from. You can have
lunch with Mickey and his pals, or have dinner with an unbeatable view over at
California Grill. And here's the best part. Disney is incredibly accommodating with dietary restrictions and needs!
Ashley, you can view all menus online before you arrive. Menus can be found on each dining location's page on the Walt Disney World website. Choose
the must-try spots on your list, click on the restaurant's link, and select the
View Menu option. You can also browse menus on
the My Disney Experience app. Most restaurants can accommodate a variety of requests,
including Low-Sodium options. Just let a Cast Member at the dining location know about your restrictions when you arrive. If you need more specific details about sodium amounts, I recommend
reaching out to the Special Diets team! There are some dietary restrictions in my Ohana, and this is an incredibly helpful group of Cast Members. You'll want to send an email no earlier than two weeks before your arrival to Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com.
Don't forget to mark your calendar! You can
make dining reservations 60 days in advance, starting at 6 AM ET. And if you are a Guest of a Disney Resort hotel, you will be able to
make your reservations for the length of your stay (up to 10 days). This means only one early alarm, and that's a pretty great perk!
I hope your upcoming adventure is delicious!
Tammy
