Hi Kathleen!
Welcome to planDisney! My friend Chef Remy says, "If you are what you eat, then I only want to eat the good stuff," and you're sure to find a wonderful assortment of "good stuff" at the
2024 EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. I had a chance to visit the festival a few weeks ago, and it did not disappoint. This is one of my favorite festivals year after year, and I think you'll love it too!
Kathleen, as you're exploring the culinary delights at the festival, you'll be happy to know that you can redeem your snacks from the
Disney Dining Plan or
Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan on many featured items. Unfortunately, there is not a full list on the Walt Disney World Resort website of what is included as a snack on the dining plans, but you can easily spot these items when visiting booths as the purple and white "DDP" logo will be displayed. With so many delicious dishes to try, you may want to save your snacks from multiple days to redeem at the festival!
Before my trip, I enjoyed sneaking a peek at the
Foodie Guide available on the Disney Parks Blog to help plan my "must-do" food and beverages for the festival. My top recommendation is to stop by The Fry Basked (located near the entrance to
Test Track - currently undergoing refurbishment) and try the Fry Flight. All three options are wonderful, but my favorite was the Barbecue Bacon Fries with smoked aioli! If you're a fan of all things cheese like me, you may also enjoy
Emile's Fromage Montage - a tasty way to enjoy a sampling of cheesy dishes throughout the festival. As you purchase and try each option, make sure to collect a stamp and earn yourself a special treat at the end of your culinary adventure!
Kathleen, I hope this information is helpful and that you enjoy all that the Food and Wine Festival has to offer! Remember, you are always welcome to be our guest here at planDisney, so please stop by to see us again if you have any other questions!
Bon Appétit!
