Welcome to planDisney, Tyler! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question today. I know how important it is to plan your
Lightning Lane selections, especially since your trip starts tomorrow, so I'm happy to help!
In general, Lightning Lane Single Pass purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable once they've been made. However, if an attraction experiences extended downtime or some other unforeseen issue that prevents you from riding, Disney may automatically issue a refund or convert your selection into a Multi-Experience Pass that allows you to use it on another attraction. This isn't guaranteed, but it does happen in certain cases! If this happens, you'll typically see an update in the
My Disney Experience app, so be sure to check there if you notice an attraction is temporarily unavailable during your return time.
If you have any concerns about a Single Pass selection you've purchased, I recommend visiting a
Guest Experience Team Cast Member at one of the blue umbrella locations around the parks. They're always super helpful and can check your reservation to see if any adjustments can be made. Keep in mind that decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, so there are no guarantees, but it never hurts to ask. Also, if you haven't used your Lightning Lane Single Pass yet and your plans have changed, you might want to see if there's availability to modify it to a different time before canceling altogether.
I hope this answers your question, Tyler, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
