I'm sorry your family members have been unable to see some of your
vacation plans in the
My Disney Experience App. I know you mentioned that you are connected with all of them as Friends & Family. Let's talk about some possible ways we can hopefully fix this.
First, go to your Friends & Family List. For each person in your travel party, be sure you have selected "All My Plans" to ensure which type of plans they can see. I would also suggest that all members of your travel party check to ensure they have the most up-to-date version of the My Disney Experience App. Another suggestion I have is to double-check that all individuals were selected for each attraction you chose. If the individuals in your travel party still cannot see the attractions you have reserved, I recommend calling (407) 934-7639 for assistance with My Disney Experience.
I hope this information helps resolve the issue. My favorite ways to use the My Disney Experience App are for
Merchandise Mobile Checkout when shopping at select locations and for
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering when my family is ready for snacks or a meal.
