Hi Frederic,
Welcome to planDisney!
It sounds like you are beginning to plan a visit to the Walt Disney World® Resort! If so, I am so excited for you! Yet, I can also feel how daunting it can be. If I understand your question, you are trying to decide how to set your plans for each day of your visit.
If you are staying for multiple days, I suggest that you first decide which theme parks you are visiting each day. And, if you want to spend a day or two relaxing at the resort hotel, decide which days will be those resort days. Then, check the
theme park hours for each park. Pay attention to days when the parks are open later. So, if our visit starts on a Monday and Magic Kingdom is open later that day, we will visit Magic Kingdom on Monday.
Once you have your parks identified for each day and have checked the park hours, then decide when you want to eat. My family eats three meals a day, so I typically make
advanced dining reservations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Since I want to maximize park time, we usually eat in the parks. Or, we may come back to the resort hotel for lunch if we plan to take a break in the afternoon. So, decide when you will eat and make note of those meal times.
When thinking about rides or attractions, I usually leave time between breakfast and lunch for rides. If we plan to stay in the park all day, we will leave a block of time for attractions in the afternoon. We always leave time for the fireworks shows at Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. And I always save our viewing spot at least an hour before the show. So, be sure to check the fireworks show times for
Happily Ever After and
Luminous The Symphony of Us for the days of your visit.
Frederic, I do have one final tip. Be sure to create a My Disney Experience account and download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App! You can track your plans and make or modify plans while in the parks and resorts! I hope this helps you get started. Please do stop back by if I misunderstood your question!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
