Oh boy! The more, the merrier when it comes to visiting Walt Disney World Resort! How fun that you'll be visiting with your sister and her family.
Based on the information provided in your question, it sounds like you and your sister each have your own
My Disney Experience accounts, and she manages the profiles for members of her family in her account. If you have
connected through Family & Friends, you will be able to assign the tickets you purchased to anyone in your
Family & Friends List. When viewing your "Tickets and Passes" in the
My Disney Experience mobile app, look for the option to "Reassign Ticket". If you do not see her family members in your list, use the menu button in the lower right corner of the home screen, scroll below the tiles to "My Profile" and select "Family & Friends List" at the top. Scroll to the bottom of your list, select "Add a Guest", and then choose "Find through my connected Guests." Make sure you have both chosen the setting to share your lists.
Once you have assigned the tickets to each Guest, your sister should be able to view those tickets when logged into her account. If you are planning to use
Disney MagicMobile service for entry (rather than a
MagicBand or ticket card), your sister will then be able to create Disney MagicMobile passes for herself and any family members she manages on her phone.
