Deborah from Wales Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have linked all 7 disney entrance passes to my disneyworld app and have booked dates to visit each park, can each individual person also link their pass to their own disney app as there will be days when we split up and visit different parks.

    Welcome to planDisney, Deborah!

I'm glad to hear you have already linked your tickets and made your Disney Park Pass reservations -- it sounds like everything is in order!  So let's chat a bit about how My Disney Experience works for your party.

When you link a ticket to your My Disney Experience account, it is linked to a profile of a Guest in your Family & Friends List.  If that person has their own My Disney Experience account, they should be able to see their linked ticket in their own account.  Once a ticket has been linked to a profile, it cannot be linked again through a different account.

To use a ticket or pass to enter a theme park, each Guest will need a physical way to scan their ticket.  This can be a ticket card, a MagicBand, or a Disney MagicMobile pass created in the My Disney Experience mobile app and saved to the digital wallet on a smart device.  You'll be able to create a Disney MagicMobile pass for any Guests whose profiles you manage in your account.  Any Guests who have their own My Disney Experience account should create their own Disney MagicMobile pass on their device.

Now, you will want to be sure when you added Guests to your Family & Friends List that you invited them to connect through My Disney Experience, rather than creating an "extra" profile for them.  You don't want to have any clones of the Guests in your party!  If you did create an extra profile, you'll be able to merge the extra profile with the Guest's actual profile they created for themselves when they set up their account.  On the My Disney Experience website, go to "My Family & Friends" and select "Update" next to a Guest in your list and then "Share planning with (name)".  Enter the email address associated with their account.  Once they accept the invitation, any plans you have made for them should migrate to their account.  To do this in the app, use the menu button to go to "My Profile", then select "Family & Friends List" at the top.  Select the Guest you need to update, and under "Share Plans" choose either "Scan Linking Code" or "Send Email".

If the members of your party do not have their own accounts, that is fine too!  As I am the planner in my family, my husband and children do not have their own accounts.  They do have the My Disney Experience app on their devices and log in using my credentials so everyone can see all our plans.

I hope that helps!  If you have any additional questions, please stop by planDisney again anytime.  Wishing you a wonderful visit!
