Ahoy Demetra!
Thanks for sailing by planDisney with your question. I hope you had a most magical time on your recent Disney Cruise Line voyage and I'm so glad to hear you took advantage of the
Unlimited Digital Package on your sailing. It's a great way to ensure everyone gets to pose in those precious photos and a perfect way to relieve the magic back on dry land.
You should have the option to
download your photos by visiting the
Disney Cruise Line website and hovering over "Already Booked" on the menu bar at the top of the screen. Scroll down to the "My Account" section and select
"My Cruise Photos." Once you've signed in all available media should appear. Place a checkmark on the first photo and a
"Download All" option should appear toward the top of the screen. You'll need to be sure to download your photos before they expire 45 days from the date of capture.
If you are within your 45-day window and still not able to download your vacation memories there might be a technical issue. Despite best efforts, technology isn't always smooth sailing but a helpful crew is standing by all hands on deck! I'd recommend reaching out to a Disney Cruise Line Cast Member by
phone or via
email for additional assistance. They'll be happy to help make sure things are shipshape so you can download all your special memories.
I hope this was helpful, Demetra. If we can answer any other questions don't hesitate to come back and let us know. We'll be happy to help when it's time to make plans for your next magical adventure, too!
Magic and memories,
Amy
