Howdy, Debra!
Welcome to planDisney and thanks for moseying over with an excellent
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question.
Yeeee-haw! It sounds like you're currently on-site at The Most Magical Place on Earth enjoying a cozy stay at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. I hope your time there is off to a holly-jolly start! Though I haven't had the opportunity to stay there during the
holiday season yet, I've heard the campers do a fantastic job of channeling the holiday spirit - with a dash of pixie dust!
Debra,
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground does not offer a dump station because all RV campsites offer full sewer hookups. The tent sites at the campground do not offer sewer hookups, but are located conveniently close to Comfort Stations. If you're camping on a tent site but have a portable "potty" that needs dumped, I recommend contacting the friendly Cast Members at the Reception Outpost to inquire about dumping at an open RV site. Other campers
have reported success using this approach. However, if all RV sites are currently occupied, you'll be responsible for transporting your waste off-site to dump. If this is the case, perhaps you could check other local campsites for dump availability.
I hope this information proves helpful for you, Debra, and I wish you a comfortable rest of your stay at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground! If you have any additional questions, please feel free to gallop on over to
planDisney again anytime. We're here to help you make the most of your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
So long partner,
Lauren
