I want to book a RV site for my class a Motorhome and I also want to rent a site that comes with a camper for my daughter and son-in-law and three grandchildren as close to me as possible date some looking at are the 23rd of February 2026.

Howdy, Scott, and welcome back to planDisney! Pull up a seat around the campfire so we can chat for a spell about Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. I stayed there recently with friends and had a humdinger of a time. It sounds like you're planning a party for a posse, so let's saddle up!

The first step in your adventure is to choose the site category that best suits your campers. These categories accommodate various-sized equipment, so note dimensions and hook-up information when booking a site for your motorhome.

You can contact one of the Disney Featured Providers on the resort's Amenities page to rent your daughter's camper. Click the "Read More" field under the "RV Rentals" heading for links and phone numbers to several vendors who will deliver and set up equipment on your site. When your family arrives, the RV will be ready for camping shenanigans!

When you book each site, you'll have the option to choose the category but not a specific loop or site. I recommend booking the same category for both sites to have the best chance of camping close together. You can book online or call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line for help. If you explain that you'd like to be close, they'll make a note in your account. There's no guarantee, but they always do their best.

The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort are a special treat, especially for families. The theme parks are a bus or boat ride away, but you'll want to schedule time to hang out and enjoy all the campground has to offer. My top tip is to check for availability for the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue. This hootenanny includes a family-style meal plus singing and dancing. I'm not sure how, but my table earned the title of "Matt and the Toots," a memory I'll never forget!

My final tip is to rent a golf cart for your stay. The internal shuttle system is excellent, but there's just something novel about tooling around the grounds in an open-air cart. My friends and I are "of a certain age," but we were as giddy as kids joyriding in our golf cart!

Scott, I hope your visit is full of pixie dust and perfectly roasted marshmallows. Please stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
