Hi Shannon! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm happy to hear about your upcoming visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort! A trip during the holiday season is as magical as it gets, especially with the parks and resorts decked out in festive decor.
At this time, the
Hours & Events Calendar does not list a daytime parade for the Magic Kingdom from December 22nd through the end of the year. The Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade is scheduled for a 2 PM showing until December 21st, but then no times are listed for dates after that. While you can only go by the current information provided, I would still hold out hope that there may be some additions to the schedule as you approach your arrival. Events, parades, nighttime entertainment, and other experiences are subject to change at any time, and late additions to the schedule may still occur. In years past, the Magic Kingdom has shown Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade on select dates between Christmas and New Year's Eve. This parade is currently available to Guests who attend
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. Although this has occurred in previous years, it does not necessarily mean it will happen again this year.
If you make your way to EPCOT during your stay, make sure to check out the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. It's jam-packed with a ton of festive and fun activities, including some delicious holiday kitchens and entertainment options. The
Candlelight Processional occurs each night with a rotating cast of celebrity narrators that light up the stage.
Shannon, I hope you have a magical time during your stay! Stop back and
see us again at planDisney with any additional Disney vacation planning questions.
