Julie, Disney makes it easy to start your magical vacation by providing
ground transportation options to Port Canaveral from Orlando International Airport,
Walt Disney World Resort, and select hotels, including the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport. You'll find purchasing your ground transportation is as easy as saying

call Disney Cruise Line directly, a friendly Cast Member can help with your ground transportation reservations. If you have been working with a travel agent to book your cruise vacation, they can assist as well. Reservations may be limited, so I would suggest making arrangements now for your upcoming cruise.
Since your vacation is so close, now is also the perfect time to review the
list of prohibited and restricted items as well as the
suggested packing list to help ensure a smooth embarkation experience. Any checked luggage will be delivered directly to your stateroom later on your arrival day, so you'll want to make sure your carry-on bag has essential items like
required travel documents, necessary medications, and any changes of clothes you may want for those first few hours on board. Many families like to head straight to the
pool deck once they board the ship, so having your bathing suits in your carry-on might be worth considering! If you're looking for a different way to start your vacation, you can check the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App once you're on the ship for available dining locations. Typically, you'll find that one of the sit-down restaurants is open for lunch service. I have opted to do this on my two most recent cruises, and found it to be a very relaxing way to begin the trip!
