There is no better place to
shell-abrate the holidays than
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. Stacey, it
shore sounds like fun to me!
This resort offers so much, with its
Fuentes del Morro Pool, volleyball courts,
campfires,
Movies Under the Stars, and
fishing. And then, when you're ready to explore beyond the reef of this island resort destination, the
Disney Skyliner is ready to whisk you off to
EPCOT and
Hollywood Studios. This mode of transportation is an attraction in itself. You can also easily pop into Riviera Resort's
Primo Piatto for the amazing Banana Bread! This time of year, dreams of the European-style Gingerbread Cookie are dancing in my head.
The rooms in the resort have a small cooler and a coffee maker. A cup of java in the morning and a chilled bottle of water to take to the theme parks, and I am ready to go! Although the rooms do not have microwaves, you can usually find them in the quick-service restaurants, like
Centertown Market.
You are headed to the Most Magical Place on Earth during the most wonderful time of the year. I love reading the Foodie Guides to see all the tempting treats at the
theme parks, Disney Springs and
resorts. The Disney Parks Blog also has
Disney Eats: 5 Cookie Recipes from EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. I'm happy to have a little of the magic at home, and may be baking Ginger-Molasses Cookies with Cream Cheese Icing this weekend.
Stacey, I hope you have a
sun-believable time at
Walt Disney World! If you have any other questions, please come back to
planDisney. We're not
shell-fish and love sharing our tips!
