Hello again, Brandi!
It's great to see you back with another question. I'm happy to help!
Virtual Queues are in place for select attractions at
Magic Kingdom Park and
EPCOT. Though you'll need fast fingers to grab a boarding group, you'll be glad to know that these are available to guests complimentary. You'll have the opportunity to secure a group at 7 a.m. EST on the day of your visit, using the My Disney Experience Mobile App. If you aren't successful, you'll get a second chance at 1 p.m. Keep in mind, you will need to be in the appropriate park to join the afternoon Virtual Queue.
Guests of Disney Deluxe Resorts and other select hotels will also have a third Virtual Queue opportunity at 6 p.m. on evenings when
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours are scheduled. Be sure to check the
Hours & Events Calendar to see if any dates within your visit qualify if you happen to be staying at a participating resort. This evening queue can be joined by eligible guests, even if they have already successfully joined the morning or afternoon queue.
If you're anything like me, you'll want to experience
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind more than once on the same day. My family opts to join the 7 a.m. Virtual Queue and typically purchases a second ride for later in the day. This is currently available to purchase as an Individual Lightning Lane, soon to be rebranded as Lightning Lane Single Pass. Purchasing a Lightning Lane will give you a choice of return time while complimentary Virtual Queue return times will be assigned.
I hope this helped, Brandi! Please come back for anything else you might need help with as you countdown to your visit!
Magic and memories,
Amy
