Hi Terrie!
Welcome to planDisney. I'm excited to hear about your upcoming visit to
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. I haven't experienced it for myself just yet, but it seems like the most perfect place to beat the heat.
When
purchasing 1-day water park tickets online, or special events like
Disney H2O Glow After Hours at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, you should have been prompted to select the recipients from your Family & Friends list. I walked through the process just now and had to choose a name for each ticket before the final checkout screen. Assuming you were
logged in to your My Disney Experience Account and the ticket recipients were already connected via your Family & Friends list, the tickets should already be linked to the appropriate accounts.
If your tickets aren't visible under "My Plans" you can attempt to
link them here using the barcode on your confirmation email or r
each out to a Cast Member for assistance by phone. You will not need to make a theme park reservation for water park visits, but be sure to note the expiration date indicated on your confirmation email. In my test run, a 1-Day Water Park Ticket purchased today would be valid through December 31, 2025. When it's time to head to Typhoon Lagoon you can enter using
Disney MagicMobile or with a linked MagicBand or MagicBand+
If you decided to upgrade your standard theme park tickets to the
Water Park and Sports Option, as my pal Mandy discusses here there is no separate admission that needs to be linked to your account. As long as your theme park admission is already linked to your My Disney Experience Account you can use the water park entitlements without any added steps.
I hope this helps, Terrie! If we can answer any additional questions please come back and let us know. Wishing you lots of sun and fun!
Magic and memories,
Amy
