    I just returned from my Disney cruise but forgot to download my charges prior to disembarking, how can I see a list of my charges for the cruise if I’m already home?

    I hope you had the most magical vacation aboard Disney Cruise Line! The hardest part of leaving your floating destination is saying goodbye to amazing Cast & Crew. They really make the experience extra special with their excellent service throughout the voyage. I hope you are looking forward to cruising again with Captains Mickey and Minnie, and that you have a placeholder reserved for a future cruise.

    Natalie, your onboard folio is available on the Disney Cruise Line website for 90 days after the cruise. To locate it, look under "Already Booked," then "My Account," and select "My Cruise History and Folio." You should be able to download a copy there. If you have any issues, get in touch with Disney Cruise Line at 1(800) 951-3532 Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Time. 

    As you get back to land life, I'm sure you have beautiful memories from your time aboard and lots of videos and cruise photos to look back on. These always keep me going as I count down to my next vacation with Disney Cruise Line!
