It's almost embarkation day! I know this Friday can't come quickly enough as you look forward to your vacation with Disney Cruise Line. I'm sure the
packing is well underway, and you're leaving space for the magical souvenirs you'll find on your journey, along with your Castaway Club gifts. I can't wait for my next sailing to pick up the latest merch and the new Castaway Club gifts!
Kelly, while you're on board, your Gold
Castaway Club status lets you receive 10% off full-priced merchandise. This current discount applies to Gold, Platinum, and Pearl members. If you use your
Key to the World card or
DisneyBand+ to make your purchase, you shouldn't need to show anything. If you use another form of payment, you can present your Key to the World card to receive your discount. If your sailing stops at one or both of Disney's private destinations,
Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point or
Disney Castaway Cay, no discounts are given, but you can make purchases with your Key to the World card and DisneyBand+.
Once you connect at the port or on board, your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will list the operating hours for the
merchandise shops. If you are looking for something special, I recommend going when the stores open, around the time the ship sets sail. There will be limited restocks during the cruise, so be sure to grab your must-haves early!
