    How do you get from your resort hotel to the Animal Kingdom Lodge for dinner reservations if the Animal Kingdom Park has already closed? Do you need to transfer busses somewhere? (We are specifically staying at the Coronado Springs.)

    Jennifer,

    The official way to get from any resort to another is to go to Downtown Disney, then to transfer to a bus from there to the destination resort. So whether the Animal Kingdom park is open or not really should not play into it. So to be clear;

    Going TO dinner: Bus from Coronado Springs to Downtown Disney, then transfer to the bus to the Animal Kingdom Lodge

    Returning FROM dinner: Bus from the Animal Kingdom Lodge to Downtown Disney, then transfer to the bus to the Coronado Springs

    Since you are staying at the Coronado Springs, that is still the easiest way to get to and from the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Because Hollywood Studios is not as far out of the route from Coronado Springs to the Animal Kingdom Lodge, you could try to go to the bus depots there instead of Downtown Disney, but frankly that means worrying about the time that park closes, and I am not sure the time savings would be worth the hassle. I would stick to the original route.

    The only alternative is to cab it, but that means money out of your pocket. I save that for time emergencies.

    Have a magical vacation!
