special occasion during your vacation! I'd be happy to help you understand your options for adding a celebratory cake to your existing reservation.
John, Guests typically have the option to add a
Mickey Mouse Celebration Cake to their dining reservation at the time of booking at participating restaurants. These adorable cakes can be personalized with the message "Happy Birthday" or "Congratulations" at the request of the ordering Guest, and are offered in dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or white chocolate! If you didn't order your cake at the time of booking, you may still be able to secure one, John. You may submit an order in-person at
Be Our Guest Restaurant by speaking with the Cast Member at the host stand in the days leading up to your reservation. Alternatively, you may make your request upon arrival at the restaurant just before your dining experience, as participating restaurants do have limited quantities of cakes on hand for same-day orders.
For the best chance at scoring a birthday cake, I recommend heading straight to Be Our Guest Restaurant once you arrive on property at the Walt Disney World Resort, if feasible, John. However, if this isn't possible, you may also find a small supply of Mickey Mouse Celebration Cakes available at your
Disney Resort hotel! I recently saw some of them in the refrigerated section of my Resort hotel's Quick-Service dining location. If you don't see any, check with a friendly Cast Member for additional availability and/or suggestions.
