Hi Katherine! Thanks for dropping by planDisney with your question. I’m so excited you’ve picked a practically perfect place to call home during your visit!
Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground is full of rustic charm, woodland magic, and just the right amount of pixie dust.
Katherine, the park reservation system has changed and currently, guests with date-based theme
park tickets (which most vacation packages include) are no longer required to make separate park reservations. So if your tickets are linked to specific dates—like those bundled in a Walt Disney Travel Company package with your Fort Wilderness stay—you’re good to go! Just tap that MagicBand,
MagicBand+, or ticket card, and let the adventures begin!
However, if you happen to have non-date-based tickets (like for Annual Passes or special event tickets), park reservations might still be required. But don’t worry. It’s easy to double-check in your My Disney Experience account or the official website under “Park Reservations.”
Dust off your best trailblazin’ hat and boots, pack that Mickey poncho just in case, and get ready to explore the magic; no extra steps required (unless you're heading to
Chip ‘n’ Dale’s Campfire Sing-Along, which always calls for a snack stop)!
Let us know if you need help planning your enchanted escape into the wild. We’re always here to help you lasso up some Disney magic!
See ya real soon,
Emillle
