Are there any rental car return desks in any of the Disneyland hotels? We will be driving up from San Diego and would like to turn in the car once we get to Anaheim since we won’t need it there.

Greetings, Brian, and welcome to planDisney! Picture this – you just made the drive into Orange County and have arrived at the Disneyland Resort! I have good news about your rental car.

There's an Enterprise car rental office on the second floor of Pixar Place Hotel where you can rent or return vehicles. From there, you can walk to the Downtown Disney entrance and catch the Disneyland Monorail (if you're heading to Disneyland Park), or walk past the shops and restaurants to the Esplanade. You'll be riding attractions, meeting Characters, and trying fun snacks in no time!

Did you know there's a train that can take you from San Diego to Anaheim, Brian? I've done it quite a few times, and thought to mention it in case you're interested in an alternative to driving. The Amtrak Pacific Surfliner makes a few stops in San Diego County, including the downtown area. From the Anaheim station, you can catch a bus or a quick rideshare.

As your visit gets closer, check the Hours & Events Calendar to see showtimes for parades and entertainment. The other resource I like to check before any trip is the Disney Parks Blog. The foodie guides make it easy to see new and seasonal food and drink options at the Resort. There are some great cold brew options available right now for Halloween Time.

Brian, please reach out if you think of any other questions between now and your visit. We're always happy to help here at planDisney!
