I renewed my pass in April and I never received my magnet

Greetings, Hilda, and welcome to planDisney! As a fellow Floridian and Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder, I'm happy to discuss our benefits. The perk I enjoy most is having Mickey Mouse as my neighbor, but I must also love those passholder magnets; my bumper is covered with them!

Congratulations on renewing your Annual Pass! I recently renewed my family's Disney Pixie Dust Passes, so we have another year of magic ahead. In my experience, receiving passholder magnets is a bit like pixie dust...you never know when it will sprinkle down! While I've typically gotten new magnets in the mail yearly, there's no guarantee. Be sure your mailing address is up-to-date in your account, and feel free to call the Annual Passholders line to let them know you'd like to receive future magnets. It never hurts to ask!

My tip is to watch the Annual Passholder benefits page for the latest news about exclusive offers. The Timon and Pumbaa magnet was recently available at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, so I'm anxiously awaiting an announcement about the next offering. My favorite magnet so far features Dumbo, but Moana's pal Hei Hei is a close second!

If you're heading to EPCOT soon, be sure to try the Annual Passholder-Exclusive Sweet Treat at all Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Co. locations there through November 23. The Little Chef's Kiss Latte includes French Vanilla syrup, frothy cream, and a drizzle of white chocolate. Now, that's a passholder perk I can get behind!

Hilda, I hope your upcoming visit is full of pixie dust and sweet treats! Please stop by planDisney anytime.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
