Thanks for bringing your question to us and it would be our pleasure to help you with your
MagicBand+ issue. They might seem confusing at first, but it's actually very intuitive and simple to manage your MagicBand+ when you get used to it.
Everything is managed within the
Disneyland Mobile App, so on the phone/account to which the MagicBand+ is linked, open the App and proceed to the "☰" Features Menu, located at the bottom right. On the next screen, scroll down until you see the Account heading and you'll select "MagicBand+." You'll see all the Bands which are attached to this account. Select the Band that you'd like to remove and you'll go to either the Manage MagicBand+ or the Assign Admission menu.
If you simply want to reassign the MagicBand+ to another Guest within your group, then use the "Reassign" button. If you want to remove and unlink the Band so that it may be linked to another account altogether, hit the "Unlink" button and it will be completely removed from your account. Follow the
MagicBand+ setup instructions to link it again.
When will you be visiting the Disneyland Resort again, Danielle? The Disney Parks Blog just made their
Halfway to Halloween post and that just makes me excited for my favorite time of the year! Additionally, they've also announced the nights for
Oogie Bogie Bash this year as well!
