I'm so pleased you'll be visiting Disneyland Resort this week! It sounds like you have been using your MagicBand+ successfully at Walt Disney World Resort, and I'm pleased to share that it is functional in Disneyland Resort, too. In just a few steps, you'll be able to
set up your MagicBand+ and link it with your account in the
official Disneyland mobile app. From there, you'll be able to assign it to the Disneyland Resort theme park ticket of your choice. In my personal experience, I have been able to use my MagicBand+ in both Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort without having to unlink them between uses. However, a MagicBand+ can only be linked to one Guest's ticket or pass at a time, so you'll want to keep that in mind.
If you run into any problems along the way, I'll share the
troubleshooting guidance, and you can always
call to speak with a Cast Member about any technical issues. I also find that my MagicBand+ pairing works best when it is fully charged and after I have completed the most recent software update on my mobile device.
